The Winning Realty App ("the App") is provided by Winning Realty LLC ("we", "us"). It helps real estate agents and their clients manage a property transaction — preparing and accessing documents, communicating, and using AI-assisted features. This policy explains what the App collects, why, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
We collect this information directly from you as you use the App.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing unrelated to your work with Winning Realty. Photos and voice submitted to AI features are used only to provide that feature and are not used to train AI models or for advertising.
Some features send data to third-party artificial intelligence providers so they can work. Before any such data is sent, the App shows an in-app consent screen that tells you exactly what will be sent and to whom, and you must give permission. You can decline, and the rest of the App continues to work.
We share this data with these providers solely to power the features you request. Each provider is contractually required to process the data only to provide their service to us and to protect it with safeguards equal to or greater than those described in this policy. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on its handling of data.
The App requests camera access only when you choose to take a photo for AI analysis, and microphone access only when you start a voice conversation with the assistant. Neither is accessed in the background, and you can decline or revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time — the rest of the App continues to work.
We use trusted third parties to operate the App. They process data only to provide their service to us:
When a document is fully signed, each signer receives an access key by text message. That key allows them to view only that specific document and its signature record, without creating an account. Anyone holding the key can view that document, so it should be kept private. Keys can be invalidated on request.
Transaction documents, signature records, and audit trails are retained as required for real estate recordkeeping and legal compliance. Photos submitted for AI analysis are not retained after the description is generated. You may request deletion of your account information, subject to recordkeeping obligations that apply to signed transaction documents.
Access requires authentication. Passwords are stored using salted hashing and are never stored in readable form. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Completed documents are sealed with a SHA-256 hash so any later modification can be detected.
The App is intended for real estate professionals and their adult clients and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You may decline the AI consent prompts, decline camera and microphone permissions, opt out of text notifications by removing your phone number from your account, and request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify users through the App.
